To achieve the sustainable development of civilization, it is now insufficiently effective to implement the SDGs and Digital Rights by one of the states. We live in an interdependent world of global processes, the ongoing global pandemic of covid-19 is an example of this. Therefore, to overcome global threats, it is necessary not to build walls in the face of "national interests", but to carry out global cooperation - to form "global law" for the transition to sustainable development and address global threats, including in healthcare. The human rights are inscribed in the DNA of our project, which should find the realization in the world of the concept of "global digital human rights"
